MATERIALS AND CARE TIPS
For my macrame jewelry I use high quality waxed strings from brasilian brand Linhasita, which are very durable and resistant. With proper maintenance the jewelry will keep its original shape and color for years. It’s also light and very comfortable to wear.
I recommend to take macrame jewelry off before bathing or swimming, to extend its lifetime. However a bit of water will not damage it, so you can wash it with warm water and delicate soap.
